His deep brown eyes exude a feeling of trust and honor. His muscular frame is that of a fit warrior, but for some reason there are no scars on his flesh, in fact his entire physical appearance is flawless.

His armor is forged from the scales of various dragons and etched with magical runes of protection. His armory consists of various spears and swords across his back and on his belt. The sash adorning his waist glows brightly with strong magics. Various trophies of his adventures, from the cap on his head and the demon claws on his hands to the powerful anklet around his ankle, are worn about his body.

Biography:

I left my home many moons ago. I was searching for revenge. Revenge for what, though, I no longer remember. I am from a different place. I am an immortal. Not a god, mind you, for those power I do not possess. I simply cannot die, or to be more precise when I die some power takes hold and I am reborn. This transformation happened on my long search for revenge.

I vaguely remember my life before my change as it represents a small portion of the time of my existence. I was in love then. I was a soldier in a long forgotten army. I lead secret team used against evil warlords. We extracted the innocents before the wizards blew the place apart. One warlord escaped and killed my wife, my family, everything I know. That is when I left the service of my king and made off on my own. I sought this warlord thru all the realms as he moved from town to town. I finally caught up with him in Shadowdale. He had been dabbling in magics he did not understand in a quest to make himself immortal. Apparently he had no idea I was on his trail. When I finally made contact he was in the final moments of a clumsily performed incantation. Not knowing what he was up to I threw a dagger at him. My aim was true and it buried itself deep in his chest piercing his heart. Chadwick the Fearless died instantly and my quest for revenge was over.

As Chadwick’s corpse slumped over, the two beakers felt and crashed together. As the only living being in the room I became the de facto target for the magics he had been preparing for himself. I was slammed thru the mortar wall of the building he was hiding out in. As I lay there broken, I though that was the story of my life I do good and where does it get me? I find the evil that killed so many and take him down only to have stupid happenstance kill me in the process. I closed my eyes and allowed death to consume me. It did. I died for the first time that night.

Needless to say I was surprised as “humanly” possible shortly there after when I awoke. I was still battered but my wounds were beginning to heal, and I was ALIVE. I laid there hungry for an unknown amount of time. When I came to again I noticed my pack had been moved and a “young” Apostle Priest named Darkmire had moved my items about and had healed me.

That is my first meeting with the Apostles. I did not join then but not too terribly later I did. The greeted me as one of their own. They thought because I could not die that I was already dead. They were wrong. I followed the Apostles for a long time and even had a stint as their leader. In the end though the Apostles and I can never be for I do not support their goals, or their methods. While they are trusted friends and loyal allies, I found my first mission after I became leader to be less than my liking.

I was hired by Sheena to perform an assassination. Thasmusen of the Illuminati was to marry Sanria. Thas is Sheena’s Ex. The plans was to crash the wedding and murder them both. Here is where the story gets interesting. We get married. Sheena then takes me around to show me off to make sure its plainly clear we are a hot item. Me, the immortal, with a common Madam. She even had the stones to INTRODUCE me to Thas. He was quite surprised when his touch didn’t burn my skin as it should have any true undead creature. Surprise Thas! ;) Well my stomach for the whole affair was, well weak. I don’t murder and kill for no reason. Its hardly fair for such a being to meet an assassin that cannot die. I took the high road. I used a wizard acquaintance of mine to make contact with Thas and inform him of the situation. I never showed for the assassination. The Gods, however, got wind of the goings on and did show up to make sure Sheena did not do any crashing.

I knew then as I do now, it is not my mission to rule the world from the shadows, but to help save it right in front of everyone. I wish to leave the Apostles of the Crypt to move on. My footing is strong in this world, thanks to their aid. I will always be grateful, but I also need to move on. Its time to return to the light.
